Brownell’s pioneering spirit has been evident since our agency’s founding, as we were one of the first in the travel industry to launch a hosting program in 1978. Over the years, we have continued to break new ground, being the first host agency to initiate a mentoring program in 2006, which has since become a model for other agencies in the industry. Our mentoring program has been recognized for its excellence and was awarded the Outstanding Mentoring and Talent Development by an Agency at Virtuoso Travel Week.
We are also proud to have been the first host agency to hold a company-wide event in 2005, bringing travel advisors, Brownell staff and key partners together.
