From the moment a guest boards, they are met with 24/7 care with a crew to passenger ratio that is almost 1:1. With personal attendants on board, drinks, spa treatments, and dinner reservations are available at a call. Safety is key on board a Silversea vessel, as they offer a 28-member team of expedition staff per cruise that handle all on-shore and off-shore expedition activities. On-board, the variable status of COVID-19 is taken seriously with strict cleaning protocols and respectful understanding of mask-mandates and daily temperature checks.
