Nicole Sosa, Travel Coordinator 

Nicole’s passion for travel led her to obtain a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts. Having lived in Mexico and visited various countries in Central America and Europe, she enjoys learning about and experiencing different cultures and ways of life. Nicole lives in Upstate New York with her husband and three children. When she’s not traveling, Nicole enjoys hiking, baking, and spending time with her family.

Dream destination to visit and why: My dream destination is the next one I visit! As someone who loves to explore new places and cultures, I am always looking forward to my next adventure. My list just keeps on getting longer!

Resort or Hotel where you would love to stay: Inkaterra Urubamba, in Peru’s Sacred Valley. Luxury accommodations close to Machu Picchu that could comfortably fit my family of five. It has a true sense of place surrounded by the dramatic landscape of the Andes mountains. They are committed to sustainable and respectful tourism both environmentally and culturally. Not to mention their amazing on site and off site nature and hiking experiences.

Favorite thing we have done for a client: Helping to plan a surprise marriage proposal for our client’s daughter and her future spouse during their family trip to Morocco. We coordinated a stunning venue, ensured the timing was perfect, and even arranged for a talented photographer to capture the special moment.

What do you love about this job?: I love this job because it allows me to combine my love of travel with the satisfaction of knowing that I am helping to create truly special moments for our clients.

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of knowing that you’ve played a part in creating an experience that someone will remember for the rest of their lives. Whether it’s by recommending a hidden gem of a destination or planning the perfect itinerary, being able to help people make unforgettable memories is incredibly rewarding.
