One of Brownell’s core values is Innovation, and our travel advisor community is central to moving us forward. Each year, our Independent Advisors nominate and elect an Advisory Board to help guide the direction and development of Brownell Hosting. When advisors join Brownell’s Hosting Program, they are often surprised to learn that we have an Independent Contractor Advisory Board. But to us, it makes perfect sense. Of course the members of our Hosting Program should be actively involved in important decisions and improvements. It’s how we stay ahead of the curve and keep a healthy, happy network of successful independent advisors.
It’s been called “The Greatest Show on Earth,” and with good reason! Brownell Academy is our annual meeting with a focus on sharing, learning, growing and FUN.
Our family of Independent Advisors, supplier partners and staff consider it a “can’t miss” event because of the valuable networking and enriching content. Each Brownell Academy is carefully planned over nine months by a team of seven to develop content and opportunities for professional growth.
No matter where you are – your home office, an airplane, a safari camp – you can always ask travel-related questions or get advice through the Travel Tribe Slack channel. Whether you need dining suggestions for a particular city or the best property for your client’s budget, you can get input from the entire Brownell family. Both our staff and independent advisors work as a community so that we can provide our clients with unparalleled expertise.
Mastermind Groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen business and personal skills. Independent Advisors members challenge each other to set strong goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them.
This is the essence and value of Brownell Mastermind groups. With so many talented travel advisors participating, our groups offer problem-solving as well as a chance to get to know peers in a meaningful way.
