She learned the importance of listening to her clients and putting a plan into action early in her career while working in film publicity at 20th Century Fox, and later perfected those skills when she transitioned to the world of luxury weddings with clients in multiple time zones. She often says her “love language” puts logistics at the forefront, ensuring that all her clients are presented with the kind of acute details that define a one-of-a-kind experience.

For Lauren, the experiences she designs for her clients are all about the balance between adventures off the beaten path outside the resort walls and the 5-star amenities available on property. She believes that offering this kind of full immersion in both the local culture and resort luxury is an essential ingredient in creating memories that last a lifetime.
